Training the professionals of tomorrow: Friderici Spécial’s commitment

Welcoming an apprentice means much more than simply passing on a trade.
At Friderici Spécial, it is a tradition deeply rooted in our history as a fifth-generation family business.

Our daily commitment involves supporting more than 20 young people across seven different professions. Our belief is clear: successfully completing a VET (Diploma of Vocational Education and Training) is not enough unless it is accompanied by genuine independence in the workplace.

This is why we pass on professional skills and interpersonal qualities hand in hand. Our role as an employer is to provide a structured, demanding and supportive environment in order to develop versatile professionals who can confidently meet the requirements of the industry.

A company culture that makes a difference

Despite the evolution of our organisation, the modernisation of our tools and the company’s continuous development, our approach to welcoming apprentices has remained unchanged.
Every day, we maintain a close-knit, supportive and stimulating working environment. At Friderici Spécial, mutual support between apprentices and the ongoing guidance provided by our supervisory teams make all the difference.
This collective dynamic can be experienced every day in the workplace. Through shared experience, practical immersion and teamwork, our apprentices gain confidence, develop their skills and learn to meet the requirements of our professions.

From a VET Diploma to employment: a lasting relationship built on trust

This year, six apprentices are completing their training at Friderici: three commercial employees, two heavy vehicle mechanics and one IT specialist.
At the end of their journey, our greatest achievement is seeing the positive impact of the trust placed in them throughout their training.
The resulting sense of gratitude is mutual. Many of our graduates choose to continue their journey with us by joining our teams directly as permanent employees.

At Friderici Spécial, we firmly believe that expertise is never developed alone. It grows through teamwork, in an environment where technical expertise and support progress at the same pace.

Our goal remains to foster the natural curiosity and desire to learn that enable each individual to take on responsibilities, grow and achieve their professional ambitions.
